To the dearest cup of hot chocolate, I ever tasted

Not a single second was wasted

You were brought to me in a pretty little cup with pretty little flowers

Oh, I could look at you for hours

But I couldn’t wait any longer

My desire for you kept growing stronger

You smelt like a sweet song being hummed by a bird

The sweetest song I’d ever heard

You know, while you lingered on my lips as I took little sips of you

Oh, your decadence made me want to do a little dance

How full was my heart

as your warmth spilt inside me

I’m not sure what love feels like, but it was definitely a start

The way you hugged my tongue

All I could think was happy thoughts and after many days of cold painful winter no more was I feeling distraught

The aftertaste of you has been on my mind ever since I met you

I will make sure to hold on to you so tight because you made me feel like everything was just alright

And now every day I will unwind with

the dearest cup of hot chocolate I ever tasted
